2. The Definition of ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)
ODM, or Original Design Manufacturer, is a term used to refer to manufacturers with the capability to design products based on customer specifications. ODM companies typically have the ability to research and develop products from start to finish, including design, production, and packaging. Subsequently, other companies may purchase ODM products and bring them to market under their own brand names.
In the textile industry, ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means that the manufacturing company has full control over all processes, including sample design, raw material procurement, cutting and sewing processes, product completion, packaging, and transportation. Additionally, this manufacturing method involves the ability to innovate, improve, and optimize designs from the supplier, providing much higher added value to the products. ODM businesses create design samples, complete products, and sell them to buyers, often the owners of fashion brands.
3. Process and Operation Mechanism of ODM
In ODM orders, the ordering party will require the manufacturing company to either design new samples or use existing samples provided by the manufacturing company. Upon production, the ordering party will affix its own brand label to the finished products.

The quantity of sample production at Tbond will be flexible depending on the partner's needs. However, the necessary MOQ for each order is 300 pcs/sample to achieve optimal cost and quality during the sample production process conducted by Tbond.

At present, Tbond owns a system of manufacturing plants in the downtown area and in the western provinces. Additionally, we are also partners with major domestic manufacturing plants with abundant and stable labor resources, totaling thousands of workers.
